New resident

Last time I told the sad tale of the frog in my pond being carried off by a visiting crow; so I had to pop in and tell you that happily I have another frog in my little wildlife pond.
I spied him on Saturday night, (while I was on slug patrol), and so far he has been there every night since, yayyy.

It was still light at almost 10pm last night so I was able to get a photo of him.

I was ridiculously happy to see that this little fella had chosen to make use of my creation. ๐Ÿ˜€
Fingers crossed there will be more in the future.

I had to laugh at how you like frogs in your garden. Is it the Americans or the British who refer to frogging when having to take out errors in cross stitch? We don’t like frogs visiting our stitching do we?

You got a very good photograph of him.
Let's hope he (and others) thrive.

All the best Jan

Such a cute resident. We no longer have many frogs around here and I really miss them.

God bless.

Brilliant news. It doesn't take wildlife long to find any water you offer, so beneficial having a wildlife pond in the garden.

Isn't it funny how the simplest of things can make our day?! Such a cute little froggie--hope this one stays around for a while!

Sadly my pond remains uninhabited.

Glad to see that you have a new froggy friend enjoying your wildlife pond. I hope he invites his friends to join him :-)
