While I appreciate that we have had a good Summer this year I'm ready to move on to Autumn. I love that it's dark earlier and the ritual of closing the blinds early and settling in for a cosy evening of crafting, although, it would be even better without all this rain!
(We're never happy with the weather are we)
I have boxes in the garage to store my seasonal things and I couldn't wait to bring the one labeled Autumn in and sort through.
I kept telling myself that I really didn't need any more Autumn decorations, but who can resist a pumpkin or something as cute as these little mice I found in The Range.
I wish now that I'd done more Autumn stitching, (and I know that come Christmas I'll be wishing I stitched more Christmas π), but I've not been in the mood for stitching much at all this year, perhaps the stitchy bug will find me again in the new year, I hope so anyway. Still, I do have some Autumn stitching though.

All the best Jan
I love your Autumn decor. I only really seem to decorate at Christmas, but seeing all the lovely change of season decor that other bloggers show, I am so tempted to start decorating a bit more.
God bless.
So many beautiful autumn deco. I love them.
Have a nice day, Manuela
I LOVE that display you have on the tray, that is so nice. I think I may copy that idea for a Christmas display, as I have the exact place to put it............
Beautiful display pieces, I'm still in party mode with balloons up but I'll be putting up my autumn pieces soon as we're away early October and then it will be spooky time
I've still been clinging to summer but I think the weather today is definitely telling me that it's over! I have that little Mr Mouse, I left the Mrs in the shop but I'm tempted to go back for her. Not sure why I only bought the one. I always love to see your stitching, you have so many beautiful pieces and display them so well.
Your autumn decorations are delightful. Especially the mice. So cute! X
So many beautiful fall piece, Maggie! Seeing your Dream bird finish in that last photo makes me want to dig out my chart and get started! Too many choices, too little time :)
I am totally an autumn lover. Most of my seasonal stitching has been autumn things. Your autumn drum is BEAUTIFUL (as is all of your autumn decorations.)
Here in the U.S. they keep pushing to keep Daylight Saving Time all year round. I hope they don't. I love the early evenings and cozy nights of autumn and winter.
P.S. I am blogging again. I think they link on my name will take you there. My first post will be up Monday morning (my time -- Eastern Standard). Hope you'll stop by if you get a chance.
Oh yes, autumn has its beautiful sides; it brings more time for crafting and coziness.
Your mice look sweet. Your autumn stitching is beautiful.
Enjoy the time, Martina
